The ANI Gents Club is a boys to men’s rites of passage program. It is designed to expose boys to various areas of business, careers, financial literacy, positive values, discipline, and integrity. Each month the Gents have a guest speaker. Each guest speaker explains how they started their business, and how they managed and overcame personal adversity. ANI also takes our Gents on field trips, exposing them to various walks of life and professional environments.
Many of our Gents are socio-economically disadvantaged. The Gents Club is designed to counteract risk factors that may impact our kids in a negative way. Currently, there are Gents Clubs at Briargate, Blue Ridge, and Ridgemont Elementary Schools, consisting of approximately 75 boys, with plans to expand to Ridgegate Elementary and Christa McAuliffe Middle School in the 2019 – 2020 school year.
